Gastric hyperacidity could be understood as the super acidity. This is a step ahead of the hyperacidity. This is higher degree that you are using to designate the imbalance caused in the stomach due to the secretion of acids. This could lead to pathophysiological effects like acid reflux and ulcer.
The factors contributing to gastric hyperacidity are listed below –
